At WTB, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible sports equipment and apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear passes inspection.
